Respiratory Academy – Module 6 – Primary Care Respiratory Targets (Open to All)

To Accommodate more of our pharmacists, across the MORPh network, we have now opened up the 24/25 Respiratory Academy to all MORPh members, regardless of previous module attendance. This means that any registered HCP, with a MORPh account, can join the remaining Respiratory Academy Modules, Case Study & Project Support Sessions. You will still receive individual certification for each session attended. This can be put against your CPD hours, however, please be aware that you will not receive the full academy certificate without attending all sessions.

This session will cover the following topics:

Clinical Pharmacist delivering respiratory health

• Primary Care Respiratory Targets – step by step approach to delivering QoF through patient centred care
• Respiratory targets and priorities for the populations you serve
• Data collection and analysis
• Project Reviews and Assessments
• Primary Care Pharmacists as local respiratory Leads
• Communication and engagement strategies
