MORPh Announce Key Appointments to Leadership Team

The Pharmacist network MORPh are delighted to announce two key appointments to their senior team as part of its’ 5-year plan.  The moves represent a significant addition of clinical, operational and commercial expertise while retaining MORPh’s identity as a pharmacist led organisation. The additions coincide with the creation of a distinct brand under the MORPh family, MORPh Clinical Services https://morphold.kaamdaar.com/morph-clinical-services/

Amanpreet Khela joins as Operations Director having most recently led a team of pharmacists in the delivery of NHS and Pharma funded programs. Amanpreet has a strong operations background having held senior roles across primary and secondary care with Lloyds Pharmacy parent company McKesson UK, this understanding of the NHS across public and private sectors, alongside her clinical background, ensures that our clinical review services are delivered to an industry leading standard for our NHS and Pharma partners.

Amanpreet Khela:  “Joining MORPh represents such an exciting move for me, I was one of the 4500+ pharmacist members of the MORPh training and education platform so to be part of an organisation that I admire so much is really a big deal for me.”

The second key appointment is that of Ryan Smith who joins as Clinical Director. Ryan is a pharmacist with a background in the provision and commissioning of primary and secondary care services, with his most recent appointment in a National role supporting Pharma and the NHS to collaborate to deliver positive change for patients.

Ryan Smith: “Much like Amanpreet I was delighted to join MORPh at such an exciting time, the organisation is unique in that it has worked with the NHS and Pharma for 20 years and is held in such high esteem and is trusted by its’ partners for this reason. Rachel and the team are valued for their rich experience and honesty, which makes them the perfect company to join to support the future growth and direction of services. Crucially, we’re delivering some fantastic programs to benefit NHS patients at a time when health outcomes have never been more important.”
MORPh Director, Rachel Jeynes comments on the appointments “Amanpreet and Ryan represent a significant step in our journey, their experience will support the development of MORPh over the coming years and we’re delighted to have them with us.  We’re increasingly working with our partners to deliver an end-to-end solution, so with a focus on clinical services we’re confident that we can continue to deliver outstanding patient outcomes.”
