Admin Fee

We have introduced an admin fee when booking on to our study days. In moving bookings from Eventbrite across to our new website, there has been an increase in the amount of admin required with processing these orders. We have also added features to your user account that will allow you to see all the study days you have booked on to and an area where you will be able to access any speaker slides and handouts from study days you attend. In addition we have removed the £40 non-attendance fee for delegates who don’t attend without prior notice.

The admin fee you pay when booking on to a study day will be refunded to you upon attendance at the study day you have booked onto. As soon as you sign in at the study day, one of our team will then refund your £10 back to you while you’re networking or enjoying the first talk of the day.

The refund of your admin fee can take 3-5 business days to appear in your bank account.

Valentines Day Offer

At MORPh we love our delegates both new and old. As a Valentines gift for you, we are waiving the admin fee on all study day bookings made on our website this Valentines weekend!
