Coronavirus (COVID-19) Outbreak Update
We have spoken to many of you during the last few days and we feel that it is important that we now all work together over the coming months to ensure that Professional Development and Updates are not compromised and that we deliver an effective way to deliver.
We anticipate that the restriction over meetings attendance will intensify over the coming weeks and is very likely to continue over the summer.
All meetings moving forward will now be Virtual, using a webinar platform
- Health Care Professionals will have the option of connecting to a Live virtual presentation with interactive session and opportunities for questions
- Recorded sessions which can be dialed in to ensure flexibility of learning
- Electronic delegate packs, which will include any relevant materials to the presentation and materials provided by sponsors
- Meetings will be shorter than the usual with two speaker slots and 2 sponsor breakouts; each of the planned meetings will be converted to 2 webinar meetings (part 1 and part 2).
- Access to sponsors which will be closed rooms for direct questions
Our intention now is to work to send you our revised program of events. We are confident that we can provide solutions which minimize the impact that COVID- 19 is having on your necessary CPD activities.
