About the MORPh Leadership Academy
The MORPh Leadership Academy will support both newly appointed and experienced practice and PCN pharmacists. It will be open to 50 – 100 full time learners for all 6 modules who are already appointed in PCN roles or senior roles in primary care. This will be on a first come first served basis. We advise attendees that they need to be in a position to be able to aspire to a leadership role in the next 1-2 years. The modules and support should form part of their journey within a framework.
The MORPh Leadership Academy will be flexible in its approach, allowing each attendee to map their own requirements based on their identified PDP with their line managers. Therefore, a further 30 learners who do not need to do all modules will have places opened to them on first come first served basis.
All modules are aligned to the RPS Foundation and Advanced Pharmacists Framework. The Leadership online work book will highlight the alignment to the competency framework. It provides an area where you can input your project work and evidence for each competency descriptor.
