Podcast: Introduction to Leadership

The MORPh leadership academy is designed to support newly appointed and experienced practice and PCN pharmacists in their new roles.
The leadership academy will be open to 50 – 100 full time learners for all 6 modules who are already appointed in PCN roles or senior roles in primary care. This will be on a first come first served basis but we will advise attendees that they need to be in a position to be able to aspire to a leadership role in the next 1-2 years and the modules and support should form part of their journey within a framework.
It is hoped the MORPh Leadership Academy will be flexible in its approach allowing the attendee to map their own requirements based on their identified PDP with their line managers, rather than a paternalistic approach. Therefore, a further 30 learners who do not need to do all modules will have places opened to them on first come first serve basis.
